	Reviewed the resettlement framework, including (i) procedural guidelines with respect to public participation, compensation and entitlement, and grievance redress (ii) institutional responsibilities (iii) monitoring and evaluation of resettlement, and (iv) full or short resettlement plans for the sample towns. Also responsible for assessing the impact on Indigenous Peoples and Gender. Prepared necessary documents as per the requirement of ADB and the borrower.
