	This is a Technical Assistance of Asian Development Bank to the Government of Philippines. The objective of the project is to improve the national road network by carrying out periodic road maintenance and rehabilitation of selected national roads and improving institutional capacity. The output for the TA is to focus on the preservation of asset and to come out with identified road networks for future rehabilitation and up gradation. We have been retailed by through the prime consultant to carry out the social due diligence by providing international specialist in the field of Social, Land Acquisition and Resettlement.

	The activities performed under the TA are as follows: • Social and Poverty Impact Assessment • Impact on Involuntary Resettlement • Impact on Indigenous Peoples • Preparation of Resettlement Framework • Preparation of Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan (LARP) • Preparation of other safeguards documents related to Gender, HIV / AIDS • Assessment of Need for Capacity Building at Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for implementation of social and resettlement activities
